What To Bring:

All students should bring: Weather-appropriate clothing (most likely shorts and a t-shirt); Kicking shoes for grass and artificial surfaces (both surfaces will be used--dual purpose shoes or two different pair); Kick-off tee; Field goal kicking block (optional); Footballs marked with player's or team's name--bring at least three balls, if available. Kickers will be responsible for their own lunch (11:30-12:30)

Atlantic Kicking Institute.

AKI offers coaching & instruction for pre-
collegiate place kickers and punters (experienced and novice) utilizing knowledgeable instruction on field goal kicking, kickoffs, punting, long snapping and holding. AKI provides video analysis, technique instruction, physical preparations, mental preparations, surface and weather adaptations, and resources for improvement. The goal of AKI is to improve kickers' performance as they gain strong self-analysis of kicking techniques.
